These terms cover applications to the LadyLux Hire Creator Program and creator account access. LadyLux Hire is a Brisbane-based designer dress hire business.
Current program stage
The program is in its application and account setup phase. Creator referral codes, follower discounts under this program, cash commissions and payouts are not active yet. Account approval alone does not activate these benefits. We will notify approved creators when the referral program launches and provide the final operating details before they start referring customers. No creator commissions accrue before activation.
Applying and account approval
Submit accurate contact details and an Instagram account you own or are authorised to represent. Every application is reviewed manually. Applying does not guarantee approval, free hires, collaborations or earnings. We may contact you for more information.
Your application remains pending until approved. Rejected applicants do not receive active referral codes or earn commissions. An approved creator account is separate from a regular LadyLux customer account. Keep your password confidential, do not share account access and tell us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Planned referral benefits — available only after activation
- A personalised referral code and booking link.
- A 10% discount for followers on eligible dress hires.
- A $10 AUD cash commission per eligible completed booking attributed to your active code.
- A private creator dashboard and opportunities for future collaborations.
Before launch we will explain eligible bookings, the discount calculation, any exclusions, how referral links and codes are attributed, and how other promotions interact. Do not advertise an active discount or promise earnings until LadyLux confirms your creator referral code is active.
Planned commission eligibility
After activation, commissions will remain pending until the hire has finished, the dress has been returned and relevant refunds or disputes have been resolved. A booking marked “Completed” in the shop does not by itself establish that the dress has been returned.
Cancelled, refunded or fraudulent bookings will not earn commissions. Self-referrals, fabricated bookings and attempts to obtain duplicate rewards are not eligible. Only one creator commission may be earned for an eligible booking. Creator cash commissions are intended to replace the referrer reward for that creator referral, not be paid in addition to a customer referral reward for the same referral. Existing regular customer referrals remain governed by their existing program.
Planned payments
Payments will be processed monthly by manual bank transfer once approved unpaid commissions reach $50 AUD. Balances below the threshold will carry forward. Bank details will be requested separately when payouts launch; do not include them in an application or send them through social media. Payment dates, verification requirements and treatment of a final balance on account closure will be explained before earning begins. You are responsible for any tax obligations that apply to your earnings.
Sharing responsibly
Make truthful claims about your experience and LadyLux services. Clearly disclose your commercial relationship and any commission, gifted hire or other incentive in each relevant post, so followers can easily recognise advertising. Use clear wording such as “Ad” or “Sponsored” where appropriate; a disclosure only in your profile is not enough. Follow applicable advertising laws and platform rules. Do not send unsolicited promotional messages or use content you do not have permission to share.
Suspension, closure and changes
We may suspend access while investigating suspected misuse, fraud or account security issues, and may reject or close accounts for material breaches. You can contact us to ask for review or to close your account. We will explain material decisions where reasonably possible. Closing or suspending an account does not automatically erase records or any valid payment entitlement.
We may update these terms as the program develops. Material changes will be notified before taking effect and will not retrospectively remove valid commissions earned under the applicable terms. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law.
